Positive thinking: It is easy to fall into a negative perspective. Beware that mental depression can take over in a person with a chronic condition. Surround yourself with a positive atmosphere. Although we cannot possibly be happy all of the time, we can shoot for greater harmony and better balance with respect to our thoughts.

Fitness: Keeping your body in shape is always critical in all aspects of life, much more so with fibromyalgia.
